- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received. It should be returned with all original tags, packaging, and any accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including items on sale, customized orders, and items marked “final sale.”
Process for Returns
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at contact@camouflage.pk within the 14-day period to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on where to send the item.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, we will issue a bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the item you have, and place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions to ensure accurate stock management.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously, but in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item:

Sale and Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale or discounted items are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
